EffectivenessValueQualityTasteMixability“ Really great product, I have the strawberry flavour and its the first ever kinetica supplement I have tried and it is brilliant. The taste is very nice, however, some of my friends that have tried it don't like it at all so it depends on you as a person as to whether or not you like it. The only problem is that it doesn't mix as well as other protein shakes I have tried and it does require shaking for longer to get a good mix, having said that if you do this then it is very smooth. I have found it very effective, I have seen in the month that I have been using this product that my recovery time has seem to shorten, either that of the aches and pain of DOMs no longer affects me, I have also found that my strength has increased massively. Overall this is a great product and i would advise you to but it ”

Awesome level of BCAA's, helping my recovery like no other. Tastes great, Average price, high in aminos, free shaker = great product ”
