using 4 scoops per shake you would get 25servings using 2scoops you would get 50 servings it would depend on how many you have per day as to how long it would last you.i find it hard to put weight on but used 2 scoops twice a day and gained abit.

I have read that you should not mix fast and slow proteins (like whey and caesin) becasue teh caesin cots in the stomach and you can't digest the fast acting nutrients. nstead take pure whey for a quick hit, then if you can't eat for a while eat caesin. How do products with a mix work effectivly?

I am currently using phd synergy and pharma whey, i also eat fairly clean, have a 4 day training split and play some football. I have lost 15lb in 4 months - I am thinking of swapping the pharma whey with a gainer to try to put/(maintain) on some size while keeping a similar level of body fat.

promass is a good lean gainer. the only way to do it is to work out your maintenance calories and then go over that by no more than 100-150 calories. -AC-

Hi, its that time again and i need to restock on suppliments. Im in the air force doing my phase 2 training. I have scheduled pt twice a week usually circuits etc. i go to the gym in the evening three times a week. my goals at the moment are to increase strength and size but maintain fitness. my main problem is that the mess food is not adeqate although i choose the best of whats there, breakfast, luch and dinner.
