What would be better for building muscle and losing the unwanted fat on the waistline, metapure or phd pharma whey?
Hi Ryan, Just one product alone will not allow you to lose fat/ build muscle it's the bigger picture. I would go for the Pharma Whey as it's a good overall protein and good value also. Regards, LT
