“ I can not say i have used any over casein at moment but i have used 4 tubs of this and i think its great. I was using this when injurd and it keep me from losing much of my mass. i use it first thing in morning and last thing at night to good affect. I also find mixing it with my after work out shake helps one scoop with a fast working protien. i would say vale for money with only needing one scoop. would recomend it. try it and see and make your owe mind up. ”
