Hi there what is the different between creapure and CEE and/or mono?? Also it says to take 7pills each serving, 1-2 times a day, is this not too much, how would you fit this around training and non training days? thanks
Hi Joey. In terms of creatine - CEE and mono are different just check out creatine ethyl ester and monohydrate (creapure is monohydrate). just take creatine before and after workouts - not training day, the morning is just fine. Regards Luke
