“ Not very effective - used a whole tub in less than a month and gained a whole 2kgs. Strawberry flavour was good - no stomach cramps like some powders, although I didn't like the bits that wouldn't absorb with the water too much. ”

“ Cannot comment on effectivness yet as half way through although it seems to be adding some weight. Good amount of calories taste is not great (strawberry). Upon mixing it becomes very throthy & I find myself often having to re-shake. powder settles ”
