“ I’ve used a number of fat burning products over the years and, like a lot of people, perhaps expect results too quickly (as I do from all the supplements I have tried and new training routines). As such, in the 1st week I saw little change and doubted their effectiveness; however by week 2, the appetite suppression effect was quite evident and into the 3rd week, supported by the fact I had started frequenting the gym more often (3 days weights/cv, 2 days swimming) and cut a lot of rubbish from my diet, saw quite a dramatic change in my shape (VERY noticeable!) What was perhaps most impressive was the fact I took a week off due to a heavy work schedule and a cold, yet despite this, my body still acted like it was going to the gym! I’d wake up and feel a lot ‘tighter and toned’. As to how much was/is down to these tablets it’s impossible to say; but 1 thing they certainly DID do was supress my appetite (including my desire for chocolate!) and as I’ve pointed out above, if I wasn’t a sceptic, I’d say these did change my body shape even during the week I didn’t attend. I’ve always said that even if these types of tablets don’t work, psychologically, if you buy them and stick to a plan, you will see results; then surely that’s money well spent! So, do they work? Well, I don’t think they give me any more energy - in fact, I think (but I could be wrong), because they suppress my appetitive, I eat less so I actually have less energy (if that makes sense) and I have been feeling quite exhausted especially at the weekends when I don’t take them … so is that some form of cold turkey or the fact I’m just working harder at the gym and eating less? There are other side effects such as feeling a bit light headed at times after taking; I can definitely tell I’ve taken them, but it’s nothing to stop me carrying on. Since taking them though, as I’ve said, I have noticed a dramatic change in my shape; and the cost of these isn’t too extortionate (and Monster Supplements are certainly the cheapest supplier I’ve found) so I will certainly continue buying them for at least 3 months and review them further after that. Should you buy them? If you can afford £30 and you’re prepared to use them as part of a calorie controlled diet then I would say YES … buy and try for yourself. For want of saying these do work for me (because how can I really tell?), I will say results show they do and I will continue to buy. Hope that helps? ”

“ Bought these tabs from reading very positive reveiws. Had my first course this month and i must say iv noticed only slight difference in my weight on a low cal diet. They give me stomach ackes around 12ish after taking 2tabs at 7.00am, so they do supress appetite. Workouts in the gym more efficient? No, i much prefer ECA stack. All in all if you want to supress appetite on a stomach ake, with little gains,these are for you. ”

“ I foolishly bought two bottles of this product!! It is way too strong and it literally messed me up with my diet and training. I thought I was buying a new generation fat burner but it didnt work for me. I took it for 12 days before I stopped. The ingredients totally zapped my appetite to the extent that I went from looking forward to my 6 small meals a day etc to barely being able to eat. I went into a negative calorie deficit and catabolic state where my body starting storing fat and eating precious muscle!!, the exact opposite to what I wanted to achieve. The other reviews are positive so its your call but I am a little concerned as to the list of ingredients as they are not clearly labelled. I searched the company's name from the bottle: Weight Management Systems (based in Dallas?!) and nothing came up at all online through Google etc on them or their products. I never had any problems with Oxy Elite Pro etc but this product was a disaster for me! G'luck with your choice. ”

One a day is just fine i have no need to do 2 a day, actually for the first time i am able to see my abs and looking more cut. “ I have been taking these tablets regular for around a month now and seen fantastic results. I was weighing in at approx 17stone and i am now hovering just about 15stone. Do not be fooled into thinking that was done just by taking these tablets I have taken them alongside a high protein low carb diet and quality training between 30-45mins cardio 4-5 times per week and some light resistance training. The pills are quite large so take with plenty of water and the high caffiene content is quite intense for the first couple of days but you soon adjust to them. I reccomend taking 1 on a morning with breakast. You can take a further tablet around lunchtime but I find the caffeiene content too strong but that all depends on how sensitive you are to caffiene. The energy they provide you with is excellent found my cardio routines alot easier and also the appetite suppresent is very good, all in all a great product and would recommend to anyone who is willing to put the effort in the gym. Do not panic if you find the first couple of tablets difficult to cope with because of the caffeine my body adjusted to them quite quickly Luke ”

“ This is good stuff. You can tell it works even if you don't exercise though I wouldn't recommend it. If you want the full effect you do some hard mofo body fat burning exercises for 30-40mins and you can see the love handles vanish. I was mightily impressed. ”
