Instructions:  Palatinose provides high-grade energy for hours on end. Use palatinose for instance when you can only start your workout 2 -3  hours after your meal, or before a long-lasting physical performance. When you add it to your post-workout shake, it gives your body energy for quicker recovery which will last hours. Take 0.1 – 0.5 grams of palatinose per kg body weight. One topped teaspoon of palatinose is about 4 grams. Do not exceed the maximum intake.
