M5 2 in 1 container allows you to customize your workout. Always take 1 (Blue) scoop of the “Build” compartment (located on the bottom) with 1-2 (Yellow) scoops of the “Ignite” compartment (located on top) 30 minutes prior to training. Mix with 10-12 ounces of water depending on taste and preference.
