“ Reflex native instant whey mixes easily within 20 seconds, although it froths up more than there older whey, which can make it a bit gassy. But this can be avoided if you let it settle before drinking. The taste is still very good, they did not have choc mint in stock when I ordered so I went for the choc orange witch was surprisingly nice. Getting good results when using one serving in the morning one after training and one before bed. Overall this product is very good value for money and equals if not betters the more expensive whey out there, very good service from monster, fast delivery. Free monster shaker very good too no leaks. ”

I consider it to be good value aswell - especially when compared to products such as Maximuscle as it will last a month. “ I got the choc orange one. Doesn't really taste of anything, but for me that's a bit of a positive having moved from a chalky, pseudochocolate slimeshake... On the plus side, it mixes completely but does have a bit of an insipid water flavour. But if you're downing it after a work out who cares. Reflex is tried and tested. On a semi-related note, the blender cup with wire ball is really good, better than the original style shaker. Not sure if it is any better than the original reflex stuff to be honest - the old chocolate flavour was certainly stronger and nicer, but I reiterate - protein shakes are supposed to be fine dining... ”

“ Great Tasting and a generous amount of servings per tub compared to some. I supplement mine with a scoop of creatine and am very happy with the results (some good recent gains). Great to take straight after training before you can get to your next meal and just before bed to refuel throughout the night. Occasionally, can not mix completely but this is rare and only a minor negative. This product is great if you use it to supplement a good diet where you just want to up your existing protein intake over the day (this can be difficult through food alone especially at 6Ft 4in and 102Kg). As a miliary man who trains hard I find that this provides exactly what is says on the tin, for the right price - that's all I want! I have already recommended this product to others in my gym. ”

“ I switched from PhD to give this a go for a change. Reflex is definitely a quality product. I had the choc mint which tastes amazing with milk. Mixes really well and has a high protein content! I did away with the tiny Reflex scoop and used the PhD scoop. My only gripe with this protein is that they use Acesulfame K as one of the sweeteners, which i personally suffer from slight side effets from such as a heavy head and slight nausea. So unfortunately i think i'll be switching back to PhD or another brand unless Acesulfame K gets removed from this Whey. Acesulfame K is also linked to other health scares, so be warned. ”
