“ Currently on my second sack, Vanilla, much better than the fresh strawberry!! Bad tasting and very sweet, mixed badly in normal shaker and left quite a lot of lumps. The vanilla some how mixes much better and doesn't have the lumps!! Happy days. ”

“ I'm an intermediate workout enthusiasts. Have made some fantastic gains in the past but due to illness and slacking off dropped down from 185pds to 160. Been on Hard Mass for a month and I'm up to 170 with only taking 2 half servings per day! ”

“ Just to add, the flatulence I experienced was murder! However a little trick I discovered was adding a little bottle of a popular pro-biotic drink to my shake or a couple of scoops of yoghurt to counter the effects. ”

“ The strawberry flavour is far to sweet, far too many sugars and sweetners in it, i wanna meet the guy that can stomach the 4 heaped scoops that is says. that said value is ok, however, the amount of sugars?? diabetic in no time ! mammoth is better! ”

“ Doesn't mix that well (unless you use a blender) and tastes pretty unpleasant however it does work. I find it very difficult to put on mass and sustain it. I have had this stuff for about 2 weeks now and put on 2.5 kg using just 1 full serving a day after the gym. people dont like the taste but who's buying it for the taste anyway! ”

“ I ordered Cookies & Cream flavour and the smell in the bag is awful! If you can get past that though, the taste is actually pretty good. I thought I was on to a winner with 50g of protein and nearly 1300 calories per shake, but there's a catch that they don't mention...If you're using a shaker (like most people do after training or at work etc) there is NO WAY you're going to fit 4 scoops AND 800ml of water. The powder alone completely filled the shaker. I halved the amount of powder and then added water until my shaker was full, and that produced a tasty but very thick shake that always left unmixed powder at the bottom. But then it dawned on me that this was then only giving me 25g of protein, so realistically I'd be better off with either a smart gainer (Pharma Gain or Progain etc) or a simple whey protein to use after training. Also, because this is such a thick shake, it really does fill you up, meaning that once you've finished it, you don't feel like eating a proper meal for quite some time. All in all, its not a bad product, but personally I had better results from Mammoth 2500. I don't think I will be ordering this again and instead will be opting for a smart gainer such as Pharma Gain or Progain. ”

“ I posted this review on the sister product Hyper Strength but also wanted to share it with Inner Armour users as I used both products in tandem: I am quite experienced in the supplement game and have been using various products for over 5 years. Have used the Hyper Strength and also Inner Armour supplements for 4 months now and I can categorically state that they are highly ineffective. What you will notice when you first mix your shake is that it is uncharacteristically thin and easy to mix. I thought either the easiest shake to drink I've ever used or there is something very odd with its formula and that the advertised caloric value of this supplement was untrue. In 4 months of training and maintaining a diet that should have been calorie positive I have not managed to gain more than a single pound. Which has never happened to me in all the years of my training and with the multitude of products that I have tried such as USN, Maximuscle, I am quite experienced in the supplement game and have been using various products for over 5 years.
