Before Peak Body Nutrition introduced the mega pro-50 bar, the protein bar market was boring.

I'm afraid they have gelatin in them and are therefore unsuitable for most vegetarians, they do have sugar alcohols in them but not alcohol itself per se.

Can these bars be used by people who are not bodybuilding for purely building up muscle and losing some fat? Say if a person were to work out 3-4 times a week
