However, compared to other protein bars, I do like them. I buy them as a substitute for a choc bar, they are very filling so I take one if I am going on a shopathon and go great with a cappuccino. Even though a box is quite expensive, compared to other bars which are often filled with rubbish, I regard them as good value for their content. Don't leave them anywhere warm, or they become mishapena and go claggy. ”
