“ Last year I ran a marathon and trained using BCAA tablets but wanted to use a powder version instead. This was recommneded to me and judging by the fact it had run out when I tried to reorder my second batch it is very popular. It tastes excellent and mixes so easily. I have used it pre, post and during training and have done double spin sessions without any stiffness later. I did a half marathon and forgot to take this for afterwards and suffered stiffness for two days as a result. I am doing a 150km endurance ride in 2 weeks and this will definitley be in the bag to go! I can use it for my sports safe in the knowledge that it is an excellent LEGAL product with excellent results for me at 57. David ”

hi there-this product is mainly for recovery,so along with the whey protein will help you grow and recover,as for the cell mass,this is a creatine based product so again will be fine to use alongside the rpg-good luck-thanks ian

Ive decided to stack the carnage and Cre02 for good gains in strength which should be followed by size. Now im looking for a good bcca product. Ive been advised that dymatize do a really good product but i wanted your advise on the best bcca product on the market at the moment. Thanks

I was thinking of purchasing rpg millennium with a protein synergy. My main goal is to increase muscle mass, and look alot leaner. Am currently taking bccas with a protein called hurricane xs, so far results have been okay. Nothing massive, but extra few 2lbs 3lbs in a month.
Hello Haydn, First of all I would like to say naturally 2-3lb a month is good progress so stick with it. However do not try and add lean mass/bulk and drop body fat at the same time as you will find this counterproductive. If it is just lean mass you are looking for try stacking the Synergy with the Tauro test and Pharma blend. Best regards Chris Brodie


Hi, this year I have used Reflex Acetyl L-Carnitine and BCAAs (forgot the name!) for my marathon training and cycling competitions. I want to use them both again this year for the same reasons but want to avoid bulking too much. The reviews for this particular one are good but will this version be too much for running and cycling as it is creatine based and I need to keep my weight down but still train hard in the process. Dear David, RPG will be a great addition to your supplement stack. Creatine will not add weight, it will retain a little water which is easily gotten rid of by drinking plenty of fluid. Creatines use is for strength and endurace, both of which you will need. The BCAAs in RPG are Ajjipure which are the best source you can buy. At 50 servings per tub it offers great value also. Dave

I am currently taking CNP Pro recover post workout. Do i take this after or before the CNP? Also could i just pour the BCAA powder into the Pro Recover powder and have it as one or is that not recommended? Thanks
Dear Brian, You can take the RPG whenever you wish, however persoanlly i take it intra workout in order to keep my body anabolic during the workout. I wouldnt recommend having the RPG and Pro Recover in one shake, No. Dave

Would you recomend this product for weight lose ?
Hello Hulusi, This will mainly aid with muscle preservation between meals and pre/post/during workouts. If its a product to aid in fat loss directly the try the PhD Lean Degree or the T6. Best regards
