Ease of UseLookQualityMixability“ Received free with PhD Diet Whey. It's good for free but if you were going to buy this I would recommend spending 20-30p more for the PhD cup. The lid has a good seal but the cap is very loose (no good for running or carrying in a bag for instance) ”

QualityMixability“ Keep your thumb on the cap when shaking! Great size for a big scoop of powder. Cup has grippy grooves but these slightly hinder cleaning inside. ”
