“ Started with a 2 lb chocolate flavored tub and loved the gains and bought a second one last month. Tastes great and mixes very well in a shaker cup with a wire ball. Add 200 ml of semi skimmed milk if you are looking for a thick shake. All in all, a 5 star product from optimum nutrition. ”

“ This is a great whey protein, I have had some good results from this, with much more leaner gains. Its easy to take first thing in the morning and also after a workout. Tast and everything else is great however sometimes it does not mix properly with small bits of powder at the bottom which has not be dissolved (no big deal really) as long as I get it into my body. Will deff buy this again. ”

“ Bought this to supplement my BSN Syntha 6 as a post workout shake. I chose ON as I have used them before and they make great products packed full of protein. This needed a few good shakes to mix nicely in water but the taste was really good. Have used the chocolate in the past as well with great results. Easy to get down and a great price. I rate this on par or better than PHD. ”

It's high in protein, low in carbs, fats, calories etc. I've tried most of the flavours and they all taste great, and it mixes really well, no lumpy bits. It's a little bit more expensive than some of the others, but that's because it's a lot better. ”

“ It is a perfectly good protein, not lumpy, not 'sandy' goes down well and works. But the rocky road flavour that i purchased is just much to sweet and not pleasant to have to drink. Although from what i have heard the chocolate version is one the of the best out there. ”
