It has great amino acid profile and also added Glutamine for every scoop which helps to recover quickly for next day workout. So buying glutamine separately is not necessary. I dont know the effectiveness yet cos been using recently. But all the protein powders same, the difference comes in amino acids, contents in it and flavours. If you add micronised creatine, the effects will be great. All in all this is great Protein source with good amino acid and glutamines. But expenisve. If they reduce the price a little bit, then great. ”

It supplements my diet well and aids in repairing my muscles after working out. Not only that, but it mixes so easily with milk, water and juices in the provided shaker cup that it's not a frustrating, sickening experience to drink. No bits and it goes down easy. The banana flavour isn't the best I've tried and it tastes more like banana sweets than a real banana but it isn't terrible. It was very good in milk and juice (try it with grape juice or mango juice) and also mixed well and tasted great in oats, yoghurt and other foods. Also, found it cheaper elsewhere so Monster Supplements gave me a discount, can't ask for better value. ”
