Regular Sculptress Diet use: Use a serving of Sculptress Diet to bridge the gap between breakfast, lunch and dinner, helping you to achieve small regular meals to support energy and weight loss.

Booster Sculptress Diet use: If you’re counting down to a wedding, party or holiday and are looking for a short term faster weight loss, mix and drink one serving on Sculptress Diet for Breakfast, eat a healthy balanced lunch, take a second serving of Sculptress Diet for Mid-afternoon and eat a healthy balanced evening meal. This is designed to give you a quicker weight loss but is not recommended long term. After your event, revert to the ‘regular use’ guidelines.
