“ Been using these drinks for a year now after coming off lucozade power drinks- great value and easy to mix up-find on a 20-25 mile mountain bike ride will do 500ml start drink, another 1.5 litres when going, and a recovery 750ml drink when warming down/in the shower. Really does give you an extra energy zap when feeling the strain up some big hills. Find i tend to mix in a 750ml bottle with a spoon to stir then a good shake before adding to my camel pack-all disssolves well-great choose flavours-and not to sweet, as failing in some energy drinks-i go for summer fruits or citrus burst. Given the big 2.2kg tubs, these last a while and work out as great alternative to other drinks I have tried that say they do much more, at twice the cost- have even done some rides in the snow this year and had warm drink! highly recommended. ”
