1. Stimulates Protein Synthesis. Arguably the most expensive and effective component of Performance Matrix. To help stimulate protein synthesis (muscle growth) we use the scientifically proven approach of a high dose of Branch Chain Amino Acids. BCAA’s are very expensive to manufacture costing as much as 300% more than other amino acids. Our no compromise approach means that we used 7,000mg of Branch Chained Amino Acids per 40g serving which replicates the dosages in a ground breaking study showing the positive effects of BCAA’s on protein synthesis.
2. Reduces Fatigue. The harder, more intensely you train, the greater performance and results. However, with intense training comes lactic acid, ammonia and acidity build up. Scientific studies have proven that both Citrulline Malate and Beta-Alanine increase endurance. Citrulline works by reducing the buildup of ammonia in your muscles whilst Beta-Alanine, the precursor to Carnosine, helps to buffer acidity/pH changes within muscle tissue. Industry leading doses of 3,000mgs of Citrulline Malate and 1800mgs Beta-Alanine are found in just 2 scoops of Performance Matrix.
3. Increases Strength. We include a 5,000mg dose of Creapure creatine in each serving. The accepted method is by elevating levels of Arginine in your body. A recent scientific study proves that the fastest and most effective method is by taking the Arginine pre-cursor Citrulline and not Arginine AKG. This is because the Arginine is not metabolized effectively and results in lower increases in blood Arginine levels compared to Citrulline. Directions:

Due to the potency and stimulating effects of Performance Matrix, we highly recommend that you assess your tolerance to this product before using as part of your training regime. Mix 20 grams (approximately 1 level 25ml measure) with 200ml water and stir vigorously with a fork and consume on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, consume one further 20-gram serving after the 30 minute break and assess your tolerance again. Do not take a third serving.

Pre-Training: Ensure that you assess your tolerance to this product before using to aid training. Mix 20 to 40 grams (approximately 1 to 2 level 25ml measures) with 200ml to 400ml water and stir vigorously with a fork. Consume 20-30 before a workout. To maximize benefit, consume this product on an empty stomach.

Non-Training Days: Consider using the non-caffeinated version of Performance Matrix on non-training days. Mix 20 grams (approximately 1 level 25ml measure) with 200ml water and stir vigorously with a fork and consume on an empty stomach. Discontinue use of this product after 12 weeks of use and take a 4-week break before resuming use.
