How many carbs and kilojoules does the carb blocker block?
Shontelle, that's not possible to answer. It would depend on the type of food eaten, amount and a whole number of other variables.

Hi Chris. No I wouldn't, I wouldn't reccomend either. Just get a good diet and exercise plan and use the basics, healthier and more effective. if you wish to use both, you will have to experiment as I can't see how both would be advisable. Regards
