Directions for use:
Take one capsule three times per day; take one capsule upon waking, one capsule before lunch and one capsule 45-60 minutes prior to training. On non training days take the last serving in the afternoon; do not take within four hours of bedtime as sleeplessness may occur. Never exceed 6 capsules within a 24 hour period.
