“ Obscenely underrated product. If you stack it with your own BCAAs/ Glutamine etc, it's the best recovery formula out there. Vitargo ensures the quickest carb-uptake for glycogen restoral and the insulin spike - and the whey's function and effectiveness is obvious. This needs to be back in stock for when I run out! Overall: Farewell, DOMS! ”
