I have to say the most effective form of weight loss to get shredded is your diet. These tablets just make me a bit more pumped for my session. Great packaging but average product in my eyes. The one big plus for it is you don't get the huge high and huge down as from thermobol by Maximuscle. That stuff made me personally feel real tired after taking it. So i will say that Grenades are better in that sense. Might work for others but not for me personally. ”

Its good for a bit but you get used to it and get water retention and depression. Me and a mate had the same symptoms same time, about 2 weeks in. 10 days worth left, imn just gonna use them as a boost pre workout every other day.
