Hi looking for a during workout bcaa supplement, im looking at olimp bcaa xplode, scivation x tend and aslo muscle tech amino fx (if it can be used during as it says pre workout). which is best?
Hi Jake my preference would be the Xtend as ive used that myself and it really helps with doms and muscle soreness reduction, id take them intra(during) your workout Regards Rich
