“ Tastes amazing (pineapple flavour) and despite what some people say BCAA's when taken right really do help you recover. And the value for money is very good 50 servings will do you for one month and its a good price. BUT! It mix's like crap, plenty of bits and plenty gets left behind in your mixer, massive pain! ”
