I have been having 3scoops as a shake with water, followed by a pint of standard milk. Every day. Now I have to state I've tried EVERYTHING to gain weight, but usually mass gainers fill me up too long and I can't eat food regularly so defeated the purpose! This is different! I now weigh 10st 1lb.... A gain of 4pounds in 10days!!!! I am however, now out of powder! Huge tub, only half full which was annoyingly misleading. I can't belief the progress already and excited to see if I can beat my highest ever weight of 10st 4 soon! I rated 2 for value simply because the serving sizes at their recommended dosage means one week of supplement per tub! So £30 a week!!!! Expensive!!!!! However no denying it works!!! ”

    “ This is a great product. It has all the calories and extra supps i.e bcaas etc for a mass gain plan. It mixes well no blender required and strawberry tastes great. Only downside is for most people to consume 1200 calories in one serving is a great deal. Such that the best way to take this is to divide the serving maybe 1 and half to 2 scoops 2 times a day. This will still get you the required nutrients at a rate your body will digest and not waste. Also the tub lasts longer like this and there is no need for 6 scoops a day as the rest of your intake should be from FOOD. It is very effective when taken with a good diet over a long period I noticed gains in maybe 2 weeks. The value - well shop around if you really need those extra calories then this is the product for you - if not then a normal whey protein or lower carb to protein ratio should do the trick. ”

    if you are already taking muscle fuel anabolic you will not need this product as they are extremely similar products. i recommend getting a weight gainer like promass or critical mass to use alongside muscle fuel anabolic in the way you stated in your question. -AC-

    Hi Charlie. USN Hyperbolic Mass would be an ideal supplement to increase your growth. When considering gaining weight the basic principle is that you must in take more calories then you expend. My best peice of advise for you Charlie would be to alter your diet by increasing your calorific intake. Increasing your intake of foods such as oats and complex carbohydrates will really help you aswell as eating more meats such as chicken, turkey and steak as your natural source of protein, then taking the USN Hyperbolic Mass as an additional supplement should help you gain your weight.     Hello John, Due to the large serving size of this product yes it will not last very long based on the size of the tub, however I would try 3 x 4 scoops servings throughout the day for best results.
