“ The stawberry flavour tastes OK. It isnt exactly strawberry ice cream, but pretty good for a supplement. Most supplements i have to take with milk to improve taste, but this product tastes good and mixes well just with water. ”

“ Overall a very good all in one I previous used synergy but have decided to keep using this product instead as to me they seem equally as good gaining lean mass. I prefer the taste of the synergy choco orange but these are also nice I would recommend the strawberry and the choco brownie flavours. For money value I say this is the way forward! ”

“ I always get As-One 40 because it is really cost effective when you look at what you get. It works as a pre & post workout supplement and contains creatine, glutamine & beta alanine albeit in small quantity per serving. You get most of the BCAA's per serving too. I use get the strawberry ice cream flavour and it tastes & mixes well. It's also aspartame free. Just google what aspartame can do to your body over time to find out more. Like I said, if you are on a budget and need quality protein get this. ”
