Taste does take a couple shakes to get use too but once you've got over that its brilliant. I've done about 5 weeks on it and i've noticed loads. first 2 weeks were just good diet and the this then the last three i've also had size on by gaspari. its full of branch chain amino acids which really help with protein synthesis along with luecine, not sure about spelling there. The natural creatine in it won't do loads however i personally think it does help a little bit with recovery. No carbs, no fat and no cholesterol and extremely high quality protein however this doesn't do it any favours as a drink to have directly after the gym as your body does need carbs after at about a 2:1 ratio carbs:protein. I take this mid day, an hour before a work out and an hour after. currently my stack is this, size on and phd recovery. this is the best stack i think I've ever had and this product work perfectly in it. ”

EffectivenessValueLookEase of UseQualityTasteMixability“ Warning;;; DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT;;; on my 2nd tub which is blue raspberry,it turns ur poo blue,thought i was turning into a smurf,gives u the runs,you loose your gains..3 Guys in the gym and myself all same problems,totally the worst stuff i ever bought in my life,total crap,this stuff and the artifical colourings should be tested further imo,do not listen to false claims about this product,youll waste your money and your body will suffer too..i wouldnt take it for free as my friends ,local suppliers stopped stocking it also so be warned..muscloe supplements should stop stocking this crap.. ”
