Due to the extreme potency of LIPO-6 Black all label guidelines must be strictly followed.
To experience the full UNDERGROUND strength of LIPO-6 Black take 3 Black-Caps in the morning and an additional 3 Black-Caps in the afternoon. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. NEVER EXCEED 6 BLACK-CAPS PER DAY. For maximum potency and best results LIPO-6 Black should not be taken with meals. Consume at least 30 minutes prior to a meal. Furthermore, LIPO-6 Black has to be used in cycles. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Never exceed the recommended maximum dosage. Do not consume synephrine, caffeine or thyroid-boosting compounds from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine or any stimulants whatsoever. This product contains caffeine. Do not use this product for longer than 8 weeks and make sure that usage is followed by a 4 week off-period. Obviously it would not be recomended and i would advise complying with Nutrex's guidelines but consult your doctor first.

this is far more advanced than sida cordifolia. some people prefer the nutrex lipo 6 black to the lipo 6X and some prefer the 6X. it is don to personal preference. the black has a few extra ingredients but is not as potent. -AC-

no it does not contain ephedrine. ephedrine is jsut a substance that heavily stimulates the metabolism and other functions in the body. combining that with lipo 6 black would be too much. you need to train and eat a healthy diet for these to work. they will enhance any results you get from good diet and exercise. -AC-
Hi, i am using optimum nutrition 100% whey protein, with reflex creapure creatine. Would adding this allow me to increase lean muscle, and to reduce body fat. I need to loose about 8-9kg in fat.

Hi Richard, I'd suggest take it about 45-30 mins before a work out to get the desired effects, you can have a protein shake but Don't take anything thats too heavy on the stomach before a cardio session.

I had a hernia operation this week, so know I can't train for several weeks. I've stopped taking protein as I'm prone to easily gaining weight. I would advise the Nutrex Lipo 6 on its own without biotest. There is no point in taking both together and you have already got lots of natural fat burners in there too.

It says this because peoiple who drink lots of coffee and stimulent based products can sometimes become reliable on the stims to keep them awake or focused. Personally i would still use the Lipo 6 30 mins before breakfast and then 6 hours later.

No there are no direct sexual related problems using the Lipo 6 Black, the lipo 6 black is a thermogenic fat burner therefore will not effect you sexually

Hi Monster, i've been using PHD Lean Degree with PHD Diet Whey whilst running regularly and managed to drop over a stone in the last few months. In an attempt to keep the weight coming off, i know i should change the fat burner. I've been looking at Nutrex Lipo 6x and Black but am unsure which would be better. Bear in mind i'm just doing cardio at the moment, which would you recommend to switch to? Cheers.

There are no real stide effects from using a prodcut such as this, just be aware it does contain stimulants. There are no real dangers however if you want to start at a low does to asses your tolerance please do so.

Can you use lipo 6 if you doing boxing? or is it illegal to use that if your doing a sport?

I am considering using this Lipo Black after I have completed Kinetica Thermo 5. As Lipo Black needs to be cycled, will I have to wait 4 weeks before starting this or any other fat burner?

You would not have to cycle off a fat burner before using this if you have only been using one for in this case one month previously and if you have not reached your fat loss goal yet.
