Why buy CNP Pro-Fuel - 1.8 Kg?

The CNP Pro-Fuel is a carbohydrate (maltodextrin) product - ideal to add calories. A quality source of calories perfect for adding to a shake or between meals. Ideally to be taken by those who require more calories in their diet such as the "hard gainer" or elite athletes.

“ I would not perches this product again, as it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. If you are eating enough calories, taking CNP Pro Mass or maybe some creating you will not need some extra fuel based product plus you cant have just this product alone you will need extra protein with this product. So you are better off buying CNP PRO MASS as it has everything you need in just one product that last a long time!!! ”

I would like to know if this is best used before or after training as i am looking for something to mix with a protein shake to take before a long training session (about 3 hours) that will provide the energy that i need.

I was thinking of mixing phd waxy vol with my protein shake with every meal throughout the day because of its slow releasing carbs then mixing cnp pro fuel before and after training due to its fast carbs is this a good plan?
