you dont need to do carsio. cardio jsut help. the lean degree will simply boost and results you would normally get from diet and exercise. your gains will completely depend on how well you diet and train, not the synergy. -AC-
If you follow I pretty sensible diet, ie cereal for breakfast, fruit and a low fat brown bread sandwich for lunch and a relatively high protein dinner 2L of water per day along with Synergy and training will you gain weight from taking it anyway on non training days or at all??
you will need to take synergy on non-training days and it will still help you to gain lean muscle mass.

I struggle to put weight on or build muscle as I am quite tall and slim. I have been taking Cyclone twice a day with a shake of PHD Phama Whey in-between. I have taken Synergy before I swapped to Cyclone to try that.
I have stepped up my gym programme to 5 hard weight sessions a week at the moment and I do quite a bit of Cardio.
Even though I am tall and slim I have a layer of fat around by abs that I want to shift while still staking on the muscle. Do you recommend this stack for me even though I am quiet slim so I can get to my ABS?
if you find it hard to put on muscle then taking a fat burner will make it IMPOSSIBLE. your metabolism will naturally be very fast and that is keeping you from putting on any size. if you want to get big you need to eat much more. if you want to diet and get your abs to show through then you will need to eat less. however if you diet to lose fat it is very likely you will lose a lot of muscle due to your genetics so i dont advise it. eat plenty of good carbs, protein and essential fats and take synergy on its own. -AC-

it can be done but it is very difficult and in my personal opinion it would be faster and easier to cut the fat first and then build the muscle. or even more effective than that would be building and then cutting. -AC-
