you dont need to do carsio. cardio jsut help. the lean degree will simply boost and results you would normally get from diet and exercise. your gains will completely depend on how well you diet and train, not the synergy. -AC-
If you follow I pretty sensible diet, ie cereal for breakfast, fruit and a low fat brown bread sandwich for lunch and a relatively high protein dinner 2L of water per day along with Synergy and training will you gain weight from taking it anyway on non training days or at all??
you will need to take synergy on non-training days and it will still help you to gain lean muscle mass.

I struggle to put weight on or build muscle as I am quite tall and slim. I have been taking Cyclone twice a day with a shake of PHD Phama Whey in-between. I have taken Synergy before I swapped to Cyclone to try that.
I have stepped up my gym programme to 5 hard weight sessions a week at the moment and I do quite a bit of Cardio.
Even though I am tall and slim I have a layer of fat around by abs that I want to shift while still staking on the muscle. Do you recommend this stack for me even though I am quiet slim so I can get to my ABS?
if you find it hard to put on muscle then taking a fat burner will make it IMPOSSIBLE. your metabolism will naturally be very fast and that is keeping you from putting on any size. if you want to get big you need to eat much more. if you want to diet and get your abs to show through then you will need to eat less. however if you diet to lose fat it is very likely you will lose a lot of muscle due to your genetics so i dont advise it. eat plenty of good carbs, protein and essential fats and take synergy on its own. -AC-

it can be done but it is very difficult and in my personal opinion it would be faster and easier to cut the fat first and then build the muscle. or even more effective than that would be building and then cutting. -AC-

Hi, I am currently 5ft 8, 13st 13 and body fat around 21% (too much excess fat!) Main goal is to lose as much fat as possible whilst building lean muscle. I have been using normal Pharma Whey the last month along with standard arginine. Hi, I have just started to train with the aim of building muscle and dropping body fat to aid with my rugby. I have been in the gym 3 times a week plus 2 rugby training session and also a game, and I am starting to see gains. I apologise for that, the normal size Synergy Scoop is 70cc, so as long as the total amount of scoops = the same as 2 x scoops of synergy at 140cc then yes that will be fine.

Just started training again and would lke to lost fat, currently 217lbs with 25% bodyfat, I'd like to stay round about the same weight but reducing the BF%. Currently I'm taking Pharma Whey after lite morning workout before work, then another serving with BCAA caps 30mins before evening workout using 2:1 Recovery during workout with BCAA after workout. Would I be better off taking the Lean Degree morning afternoon, then synergy & BCAA before my evening workout using the 2:1 Recovery & BCAA post workout and using the Pharma Whey before going to bed?

Take the pharma whey before bed and mid morning, take your bcaas 1 serving before workout and 1 serving straight after workout. Lean degree can be taken in a morning before breakfast and then again mid afternoon. Recovery wants to be taken post workout only, not druring training. You could add synergy 1 hour before training, but that would be all of the synergy daily.

Take your lean degree before breakfast, mid morning and before training. 1 serving is 2 caps. Take NO-xplode 40 mins before you workout and then synergy ideally wants to be taken 1 hour before working out and with 20 mins of finishing.

You can start moving up the dose as long as you do not feel any adverse effects. The idea behind a lower starting dosage is to acess tolerance. If you can tolerate the product at the lower dose, then move up. Synergy will be effective as long as your make sure you exercise frequently and have a nutritionally sound diet.

Non training days: Gaspari Real Mass (as I am/was trying to bulk), along with whey proteins, BCAAs etc
Training days: only one serving of 'Real Mass', then NO-Xplode as a preworkout, a maltodextrin/BCAA intraworkout, followed by phd recovery...
I have gained unwanted weight around my gut, and have reached my target weight So now I am aiming to gain lean mass whilst burning this unwanted fat. Would changing to this stack instead of Real Mass help succeed this? Thanks

I'm about to begin a cut and was wondering if this is ok or I should swap out the synergy for pharma whey HT? I would be using this as a pre w/o, I also take recovery 2:1 post workout and pharma blend at night. I am 5ft10 weighing 68kg and im looking to lower my bodyfat % but increase muscle. I am currently 13.2% bodyfat and looking to get down to 10% for my hols at the end of august.
