Great product leaves you not wanting to snack and gives your a long lasting burst of energy. Really handy i eat one during work to keep me going until my workout and even have one half an hour before a match on saturdays to give me a boost. Will be ordering another box very soon. EffectivenessValueEase of UseQualityTaste“ I love all three flavours of this product. I am a racing cyclist and train 15 hours per week. I have found these are really effective after a long ride, I have one with a coffee as soon as I get in, shower and eat 1-2 hours later. I find they keep me from scooby snacking as soon as I walk through the door. Also, with a busy family life, I arrive home having commuted by cycle often having one of my children a swimming lesson or football training. Again these are an excellent quick bite to stave off hunger until I get to eat a meal. I am not sure they aid my recovery, but I do feel much better when I eat these flapjacks during a heavy weeks training. Fantastic product, I buy them over and over again. ”

By far the cheapest I have found on the internet they are AWESOME value for money (essentially cheaper then most choc bars these days) and for me they have the amlost perfect ratio of protein, carbs and fat (though it would be better if the fat was a little lower than 6.7g). Taste is really nice, cherry and almond just edges it but choc orange isn't far behind by any means - just get enough choc fix with my whey I have throughout the day so its nice to have a diff flavour. Main reason I brought these (bar the price) were due to work at the weekends making it hard to eat as regularly as I need to. Been a life saver when I've been at a lecture and not able to escape for a quick tupperware meal. ”

Out of all the bars that I have analysed this gives the best ratio of high protein & low sugar to cost. Personally I buy two boxes at a time and that lasts me ages, and at less than £1 per bar equals a cheap meal with some mixed nuts or some fruit! Perfect for athletes/gym goers as a quick protein hit, I would definitely recommend these to anyone. ”

It is a very handy product that you can just fit in your gym bag and have immediately after exercise because it is high in protein and carbohydrates. It has a good source of protein for muscle repair and is high in carbohydrates to give you energy after a workout. The carbohydrates within these cnp protein bars are very good and healthy. Would reccomend to anyone that goes to the gym as it is a heathly snack to have either as a pre workout or post workout. It has 3 great flavours all which taste incredible. Brilliant product at a very cheap and reasonable price would highly recommend this. ”

I've tried a couple other bars and often found them to be as dry as cardboard and taste like it too! The taste of these has a strong resemblance to marzipan but not as sweet. Tastes great in my opinion! They make a great mid-morning or afternoon snack but I am cutting from next week so I'll have to save the rest of these bad boys until later! They keep for ages so just whap a couple in your desk or car for when you are feeling peckish! They are also the cheapest protein flapjacks I've seen at less than the price of a bag of crisps each! All that slow release protein and low GI carbs instead of fats and sky-high sodium! Clear choice for me! ”

Great to grab when you are on the go (I carry mine round in the back of the car) and great value at well under £1 a bar. They are ideal as a snack and really help you to get in the calories! 1 bar a day means they will almost last a month and will add an extra 286 calories and 37g of carbs into your diet! ”

The cherry almond tastes great, bordering on the addictive. It is a little dry so you might want to have a glass of water or milk handy, but it is the best way to get your protein quick, and much more enjoyable than a shake! 18g of protein per bar. ”

EffectivenessValueEase of UseQualityTaste“ I love these bars, and if i wasnt on a low carb diet i think i would go through alot more than i do already, ideal for a mid-morning/afternoon snack, or if you need a quick fix while your out and about on the go, i always throw a couple of bars in my bag if i go out on my bike or to the gym. 1 bar and a small hand full of nuts gives me my required amounts of carbs and protein in 1 hit without any hassle at all. The free delivery is always a bonus to.i'd recommend these bars 100% i do understand everybodys taste is different but for me(and my wife) we think they are delicious. (hope this helps) ”
