“ Used this HMB when started cutting. Noticed that I was able to keep muscle and lose fat but once stopped taking, had a lot of muscle breakdown. Expensive to take all the time but when on it, you'll notice a positive difference. Each lasts a month. ”

“ Tablets are quite large, took a while to get used too, but other than that it's a very effective product, i feel a bit stronger, and look more cut, however on first full day of taking i felt extremely tired and fell asleep. ”

“ Better value than most other HMB when u look at the amount of capsuels and the actual size of the capsues. works rely well im stacking with a fat burner to help maintain muscle while i tone and is rely working well in 3 weeks froped from 8% to 6% bf. ”
