“ Effectivness: Been using Thermo Fusion with PhD diet whey. Its the only specific supplement I have been taking for fat loss and I have lost weight. My belt holes are where I can tell weight is going (jean slide down even with a new tighter hole made) ive always been slim but this must have helped budge an unwanted layer of fat. My dislikes are the expense I was taking 8 caps a day so it did not last long and I would not want to keep paying for it every 12 days but would probably use it again on a several month cycle. Another issue was it could cause a strong acid burn in my stomach. Its not a chilli hot more heartburn feeling. Drink with plenty of water to try and avoid this. Summary: Some of my weight loss could very well have been from using this product, so for that reason its carried out its purpose. ”

It says that you take it at breakfast and lunch.. then it says take training days also so are you meant to take it breakfast lunch and before training?

This product contains ALA, commonly used for PCT, should i be cycling this product or is the ALA in there so you dont have to cycle? Also taking this first thing in the morning with Udo's choice, will the oils from udo's choice stop the absorbtion and breakdown of the outercasing of these tabs? regards

HI Ricky ALA Is alpha lipoic acid, this is used to combat bad fats in the body through its none thermogenic properties. the oils in the Udos would have no effect on the capsules.thanks Yours in health Mo Giaffar

Hi, yes you can use it along side Reflex Sida however both products contain Caffeine, if you were to use both products you would be taking in approximatly 250-350mg of Caffeine. Considering this it depends on your tolerance levels. If the Reflex Thermo Fusion isnt working for you and you do not wish to take it with the Reflex Sida, the Gaspari Phenorex would be the alternative fat burner I would recommend as it supresses your appetite naturally and also increases thermogenesis which in turn increases your core body temperature which will increase your metabolism. I have just brought some thermo fusion and using it as guided i know whilst you work out it makes you sweat more but is it meant to make you urinate more?

Hi, I have Reflex Acetyl L-Carnitine already, and a few capsules left over from a grenade thermodetonator If I took: -2x grenade 30mins before breakfast -2x Reflex thermo fusion 30mins before lunch -Usual servings of Reflex Acetyl L-Carnitine Would this be alright? Or would I have to cut out one or the other?

Hi, I have an arrythimia - which doesn't affect my training in the slightest and I drink coffee so caffeine is not a huge issue - so will this product be ok for me?
