Why buy Lucozade Sport Body Fuel 1.17 KG?

Lucozade Sport Body Fuel is an isotonic sports drink proven to enhance endurance and the ability to maintain a high work rate. It is formulated to tackle the reduction of carbohydrate stores and maintain hydration to improve performance in prolonged exercise or sport. Carbohydrate intake improves performance by providing the muscles with the energy they need to maintain a high work rate or exercise intensity for the duration of your sport or exercise. Our powder tubs come in two flavours and mix easily with water.

Whenever you’re involved in sports such as running, football, rugby and tennis where both carbohydrates and maintaining hydration are key. It’s also recommended when exercising for 30 mins or longer at a high intensity or for 60 mins or longer at any intensity.

It is formulated to tackle the reduction of carbohydrate stores and maintain hydration to improve performance in prolonged exercise or sport. Studies testing endurance athletes, such as marathon or long distance runners, have proven that the running speed is higher over the course of an event among those drinking Lucozade Sport, compared to those solely drinking water.

Just mix two scoops in 250ml of water. You should drink 200ml-500ml before, to maintain hydration, 150ml-200ml every 15-20 minutes during exercise to give you an energy boost and 500ml immediately afterwards to replace salts and carbohydrate stores and maintain fluid levels.

“ I find the lucozade body fuel powder excellent quality and mixes really well in a shaker or sports bottle. I buy it in powder as it's cheaper (v.cheap) than bottles and I just mix it on the go, rather than carry heavy bottles about in my bag! ”

“ This is not a bad energy drink, tastes and looks exactly like lucozade sport (the drink) exept the powder uses dextrose and maltodextrin, cheaper then buying the bottles. ”
