Why buy Lucozade Sport Body Fuel 39G X 24?

Lucozade Sport Body Fuel is an isotonic sports drink proven to enhance endurance and the ability to maintain a high work rate. It is formulated to tackle the reduction of carbohydrate stores and maintain hydration to improve performance in prolonged exercise or sport. Carbohydrate intake improves performance by providing the muscles with the energy they need to maintain a high work rate or exercise intensity for the duration of your sport or exercise. Our convenient powder stick packs come in two flavours and mix easily with water.

Whenever you’re involved in sports such as running, football, rugby and tennis where both carbohydrates and maintaining hydration are key. It’s also recommended when exercising for 30 mins or longer at a high intensity, or for 60 mins or longer at any intensity.
