Just wondering if this product works on its own or do you still have to have a high protein/carb diet?
diet is the key to success in bodybuilding. without good diet you wont get anywhere. supplements are not a replacement for quality diet but add onto a good diet. mammoth is a good addition to an already solid high calorie diet. -AC-
