“ These are a very good quality source of your omega-3's with a good balance of DHA, EPA & CLA. They are also reccomended by Charles Poliquin (before he had his own range)! They are easy to swallow with no fishy taste or burps which I always found the worst thing about fish oil supps. I had used a fish oil before rather than caps and the taste made me retch, these have next to no taste and are easy to swallow. However, I do feel I was a bit mislead by the nutritional information on the Monster site. The nutritional breakdown said 4,625mg of free-fatty acids (Omega-3's). I assumed this was per capsule so I would be getting 4.6g of omega-3's per cap, however its actually per serving which is FOUR capsules. I was planning to try Poliquin's fish oil 'mega dose' plan which requires ~30g of omega 3's a day. This confusing nutritonal info means that I actually need to take 28 caps a day rather than the 7 I initially thought which works out a lot more expensive! I feel that the nutritional info for the product on this site could be made clearer and state that this is per SERVING NOT per CAPSULE! I appreciate that this doesn't affect everyone and apart from this it's a good product :) ”
