As a dietary supplement, take 4 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times daily.

Hi just got this product and noticed the directions on the monster website say to take 4 before and 4 after a work out but the bottle doesnt say anything about taking them after, would 4 a day be enough? im also taking phd synergy.

I bought this a few years ago and stopped taking it and i hhave a few capsules left and just ran out of my razor8 i was wondering the the energized xoand will go bad and if it would be bead to take it 3 years after purchase
hi ryan. my personal view is that it wont be dangerous but i doubt they would be fully effective. i recommend just buying some new ones. Best regards -AC-
