“ Really good product, on the same level as BBW Casein in all aspects. BBW does taste a bit better, but this is alright, better than most slow release proteins, but don't buy it for flavour as it's not the best tasting shake, not by a long shot. ”

“ I bought Casein and very satisfied with this product. I am Personal Trainer specialised in Boxing and it is very slow release as you feel full for longer, or i used to wake up and eat at night time, since i start use this product I dont wake up in the middle of the night to eat as i hv it before i go to sleep... Or when i crave ice cream or something sweet, I put 1,5 scoop of Casein and Ice, Its is AWESOME DRINK, BETTER THEN ANY SWEETS OR CREAM. I would suggest to everyone... With this protein you don loose Lean Muscles and it keep you off of binge eating or sweet as it is hv got Dopamine , Serotonin and Glutamin. Check those 3 product too and you will be amazed of results. Enjoy ;-) ”

“ My first Casein product. Not the easiet to mix but I have nothing to compare it to (Casein is naturally thicker than Whey. If you add less water you can make into a mousse which is a fun alternative to a shake. ”

“ As with other optimum nutrition products the casein line does not let you down. Okay it is expensive compared to other brands, but there's a lot of benefits. I got the vanilla flavour and it mixes and tastes good. Just because it tastes good doesn't mean it's healthy. But the fat content is minimal as are the carbs. What you get once blended is a smooth creamy tasting drink that does not sit heavy on the stomach before bed. I have seen benefits taking casein just before bed time, but as with any high protein diet you may wake up during the night feeling thirsty. The cost is on the high side, but Optimum casein should give you good results. ”
