I got the vanilla flavour based on a recommendation and I can recommend the taste myself. Apparently it's particularly nice mixed with milk. Packed full of Amino acids, carbs and protein. Came in a standard screw-top tub as per other brands. Only got it today so don't know about results, but this looks like good stuff, especially for the price. My mate also swears by it. ”
