If i were to use cylone would i put on fat if i were unable to train regularly or unable to do cardio training, but would taking cyclone along with another such as thermobol counteract this effect

I have recently started to take three servings of cyclone a day, one in the morning when i get up, one in the afternoon, and one after i train in the evening, to increase my protein intake,as this is also increasing my creatine intake, i was wondering if it was o.k as most products usually advise only 10g a day.

I have been taking cyclone for 7 weeks, just finished 4 tubs already. I haven't noticed much difference, only I'm lifting heavier weights than I used to. Was just wondering how in a 60g serving, cyclone manages to provide over 25g of protein, since it appears from the ingredients list, that it only has 27% Biomax (protein of different varities), therefore, in 60g it would have less than 20 of protein. I tried Cyclone when I first joined the gym and knew that in order for me to get results I had to take twice a day every day but I also worked out that it would only last me 10 days! Very expensive to buy every 10 days for most people but even more for someone in my situation. If I take Cyclone as purely a post workout shake, will I still get results?

I train in martial arts 3 times a week and do weights 4 times a week. I am currently using 'optimum 100%whey' . Am thinking of trying cyclone. if i use this in addition to the optimum whey will i be taking too much of anything eg glutamine?

Hi. I've bought Cyclone and Progain in the past. I've seen little results but I blame myself there as I've not done enough training. I started taking Progain Extreme and Cyclone but my friend said that is too much Creatine for one day. hi, i see that you are interested in taking the cyclone to build size and strength, but in my opinion there are far better alternatives on the market. cyclone is a good product and is better for building siz then the stack that you are on at this time, however it does not contain enough carbohydrate, which is just as important for muscle building as protein. There are 2 very good alternatives that i will recommend. I have been taking cyclone for about a year now and have had decent gains in size, 5"8 and 10.5 stone. I take it with semi skimmed milk and only take 1 serving a day. I work out twice a week (mostly weights not much cardio). I am noticing however that I have a small amount of fat on my stomach and I am wondering if the cyclone has something to do with it, if not the cyclone directly then possibly even the extra fat that is in the semi skimmed milk. I am considering switching to plain promax instead in an effort to tone up and increase definition slightly but I dont want that to cause loss of muscle. So would the cyclone be the culprit of the bit of fat, would switching to plain promax likely solve it, provide better definition without losing muscle size?
Hi dave the error is using the cyclone with milk for sure, this should be used with water also i only suggest cyclone around training times as it is too heavy in sugars if you are inactive the swithch to promax will help for sure but use it with water.

Hi josh that is quite a gain, you will have added a little water weight from the creatine, if you gain more than 1.5lbs a week then its a little too fast and will slow you down, monitor it for 3-4 weeks and then decide 500 cals is not going to load fat on you dont worry.

in order to lean bulk you simply need to monitor your calories to make sure you are not in too much of a surplus. if you feel you are starting to add fat simply lower your calories slightly. the synergy is better than the cyclone in my opinion. -AC-

you cant pick where you put weight on. you get big arms by training arms effectively. i recommend the progain if you arent eating enough calories. if you are eating enough calories then go for cyclone or phd synergy. -AC-

yes its fine to train biceps and triceps on the same day. you cant build muscle and burn fat at the same time. cyclone can be used for either but not both. -AC-

Hi, i'm looking to put on muscle size and was wondering if there was a better product to use than cyclone? Also if you take it as it recomends (2x1.5 scoops a day) wont it only last for 10 days? When i'm usually training at night (8ish) is it still best to take cyclone in the morning when i wake up?
yes it will only last 10 days. take after trianing and any time that suits you. i would recommend the muscle fuel anabolic for faster gains. -Ac-
