Why buy PhD Nutrition Recovery 2:1 : 1.28Kg + [FREE Blender Cup with wire ball]?
Monster View

Making a full recovery after a workout is arguably the most important factor in regards to muscle growth. If your muscle fails to recover after a workout how is it supposed to grow? It won’t, because it cannot! PhD Nutrition have devised a formula which defines what a recovery supplement should look like.

Many studies have shown that to optimise muscle recovery you need to consume a blend of fast and slow acting carbohydrates and fast acting proteins in a ratio of 2:1 immediately after training. This is why PhD Recovery 2:1 contains the perfect blend of waxy barley starch, a market first, along with dextrose. Waxy barley starch is an ultra low GI carbohydrate with all the goodness of barley, so after the dextrose has replenished muscle glycogen levels and create the insulin spike post-workout, the waxy barley starch will help nurture the muscle back to a full recovery.

The protein source is the purest available, whey isolate. With the fastest digestion rate of any protein, this is ideal because your muscles are in a catabolic place post-workout and require the amino acids from the protein as fast as possible.

PhD have also utilised BCAAs, micronised L-Glutamine, peptide bonded Glutamine, antioxidants and micronised creatine to further enhance overall recovery. This truly is the ultimate recovery supplement on the market today!

Overall 5 Stars!

Luke, Team Monster

Recovery 2:1™- Post-Exercise Recovery Matrix

The Post Exercise drink is the single most important meal of the day for all athletes seeking maximum recovery, glycogen and amino acid replenishment and physical progress, both aesthetically and on a performance level. Training hard with weights or playing a physical sport for 45-90 minutes is an extremely stressful and taxing event, to do so and not fully replenish nutrient stores is the biggest mistake you can make as an athlete and the primary stumbling block in the pursuit of continual progress.

PhD Recovery 2:1™ contains a precision 2:1 ratio of fast and slow acting carbohydrates and the most bio-available protein sources available to produce the perfect post exercise recovery drink.

PhD High-Speed Protein Synthesis Matrix:

-   Whey Protein Isolate: The purest protein available and the fastest way to increase protein synthesis.

-    Micronised L-Glutamine: For complete post-exercise recovery.

-    Micronised Creatine Monohydrate: For maximum intra muscular super compensation and cell volume.

-    Peptide-Bonded L-Glutamine: To ensure maximum glutamine assimilation.

-     Antioxidants and BCAA’s: For muscle repair and immune-boost.

PhD Dual Action Glycogen-Replenishment System: Fast & Slow carb re-load:

Most of you will have heard of waxy maize starch. Well PhD are the first to introduce to the market, Waxy Barley Starch™

Waxy Barley Starch is exceptionally low GI (1), contains healthy naturally-occurring beta glucans and unlike maltodextrin and maize starch, brings you all the goodness and health benefits of barley. So whilst Recovery 2:1™ provides the ultra-fast acting protein source Whey Protein Isolate for instant protein synthesis and the fast-acting carbohydrate source, Dextrose, for immediate glycogen replenishment, Recovery 2:1™ also ensures that after the initial “spike” of blood sugar needed for an anabolic effect, the Waxy Barley Starch produces a sustained release for maximum satiety and fullness. Recovery 2:1 will not leave you feeling shaky, weak and hungry within 30 minutes of drinking them like other post-workout drinks that simply contain sugars and whey protein.

When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and active lifestyle, Recovery 2:1™ may assist with:

+ Optimum recovery from intense exercise

+ Increased strength and power

+ Instant energy replenishment

+ Sustained energy release

+ Superior protein synthesis

“ My advice on this supplement, taste is some times disgusting tried the berry blast. you need the correct amount of water to the powder. but every time i have to spill the last bit or stand by the sink in case i vomit it out. have no idea why but the last sip is really concentrated and tastes horrible. however generally shakes well and really is to drink if you like the taste. doesn't sit heavy on the stomach or mke you feel bloated. i recommend this supplement but do the try buys first. i bought this after receiving a free serving. ”

“ Love this. Berry Blast flavour is the best out of the lot. I have this post workout and feel refreshed afterwards after taking this. However won't be buying from this site again. I'll keep buying Phd products but not from this site as the couriers and customer service keep messing up my orders. Last order they couldn't even find it even though I was at the Interlink depot. Had the staff and customer service talking to each other. This was the 5th order that the courier buggered up on. So yes, value for money on this site but delivery let's it down so won't be doing business on here. ”

“ I love this recovery shake and it tastes great. I now really look forward to it after my workout. It is very effective and is great to help recovery afterwards. The only downfall is I have so many free blender cups now - it would be nice to see us getting a different free gift. ”

“ Really happy with this product. As with all PhD stuff i've used (except the new formula pharma gain, can stand the taste and oats) I love it. Mixes suberbly, tastes very nice, if a little sharp (orange barley). I would definitely recommend it and buy it again. Personally it works perfectly for me on my high intensity training. As ever, immaculate customer service ”

“ Brought two packs of the Lemon Barley, fair to say I won't buy this flavour again. 1 week in and I've actually lost my voice!!! Just like extremely strong mixed Robinson's squash. Very easy to mix though, want a bigger bag and the powder is very tacky to anything it touches. Keeps me from 'dropping' after the gym so I do feel it's a good product. ”

“ Great stuff! Whats important straight after phys is nutrional intake and this is perfect for that purpose! Only thing that let Berry Blast down was the taste = I'd suggest going for another flavour in hope they are are better as will once i've forced two pouches down me. And Monster sent only one shaker when i bought 2 pouches as opposed to a shaker per pouch as shown above. Apart from that good customer service as always MS! ”

“ Had both the Orange and Berry, and although the taste is a little artificial, it is actually really nice, the Berry in particular tastes great! As for effectiveness, I feel a lot more energetic hours after the gym, as long as I have this shake within 30 minutes of my work out. Muscles now cramp a lot less in the hours after the workout, and seem to recover faster also! ”

“ Great product! This has stopped me from 'falling' post workout using just normal whey and has helped me gain half a stone of muscle with very little shift in body fat! Lemon Barley flavour is strong and can hit your throat, will definitely try a different flavour but overall not bad at all. Will continue to use this in my workout regime! ”

Ask a Question
How many servings?
There are 16 servings per pouch. Thank You

Hi, just wondering whether it is best to take this after training instead of synergy to increase lean muscle, strength and power. could i take synergy in the morning and before training and then recovery 2:1 after or is best to just stick to the synergy. thanks
Hi yes the synergy before, and the recovery after would be a great combination. The carbohydrates in the Recovery are faster in the body and there are also more carbohydrates to make sure that glcogen stores are replenished more than they would with the synergy. thanks JB

When will this product be back in stock?
This is now available, thank you JB

Hi, just wondering whether this is a good supplement plan to gain lean muscle, strength and explosive power: Breakfast - PhD Synergy, 1 cap methoxy 7 test and 10g Glutamine 1h b4 workout - PhD Synergy 20m b4 workout - PhD Wired, 1 cap methoxy-7-test and 10g glutamine After Workout - PhD Recovery 2:1, 1 cap methoxy and 10g glutamine B4 Bed- 1 cap methoxy and ZMA caps Thanks for reading this. i really appreciate your feedback and advice.
Hi i would just use the wired before a workout 30 minutes before if you want to use the4 synergy use this 60 minutes before training, i would use a protein before bed, to stay lean you would be better served swapping the synergy for the Pharma blend 6hr and using this in a morning 90 mins before training and before bed. thank JB

Hi, i understand that this product contains creatine and i am currently supplementing with kre-alkylyn EFx the combined creatine intake would be 3500mg is this still okay as i think it may be slightly over the recommended daily intake? Also, i take pharma whey in the morning, 6hr casein blend at night and this after training. When is the best time to take the Kre-alkyln capsules, morning and evening or morning and pre workout? Could you also recommend a good pre workout drink without nitric oxide content as i already have a very vascular look!? Thanks, Chris
Hi the creatine content in you stack sounds fine, i would use the Kre alkylyn about an hour before training, try Cre 02 next time(this is the best creatine cap on the market in my opinion). The recovery after training and pharma whey in the mornng sound great, the blend is a top product, i would us this before bed and between meals. thank You JB

I have been using PhD battery for my post weights recovery, would this be better.
yes this would be better to use than battery as a post workout drink as it contains protein and creatine, this is a great product, thank you JB

I have a lot of PhD products at home. i was wondering how much of a difference it would make to my body using this as opposed to mixing 1 scoop of waxy vol 2 scoops of battery 5g creatine 5g glutamine and having 1 serving of pharma whey 5 mins after drinking that. many thanks Lewis
This will help kick start you recovery, you may be better served using the PhD recovery after training this is specifically designed as a post workout drink, thank you JB

Hi there i have been using this product, and although i think its good im struggling with the orange barley flavour, how much better is the berry blast flavour in comparision?Mark
Hi in my opinion the berry blast is the best flavour out of the three available, this is only from a personal viewpoint however, thanks JB

Hi, Just wondering what your opinion was in terms of the better product. I am playing amateur rugby and play inside centre - #12 and i am currently on pre-season. Doing a lot of power training and cardio and will be moving on to strength in the next 4-6 weeks. I have been told to look at this product and CNP pro-recover?? What's your thoughts??
Hi yes this is great for after training to help with the recovery also use a protein throughout the day, thanks

Hi, Just wondering i currently take a protein supplement after i work out. Is it still ok to take it with my supplement ?? or give it couple of hours??
This will be adequate post workout, if you are not having a meal within the hour then by all means have a protein shake, thanks

Hello, I have great difficulty in recovery. Been training for a number of years now and whenever I train a body part in particular chest, it takes me a full 7 to 8 days to recover. This is despite taking protein shakes 3 times a day and eating decent food. I've tried numerous other recovery products includng glutamine tablets, still I feel the same. Is this any better?
Hi This after training will really help also look at adding HMB before and after training, that stack will work well, glutamine at 20g a day will aid recovery try the powder form, i rate glutamine very highly.

Hi Monster Ive recently been using sci-mx creatine monohydrate pre workout and phd recovery post workout. As I am about to have a couple of weeks off the monohydrate pre workout shall I stop taking the phd recovery also as it contains 2g creatine or will I be ok to still use it?Cheers
Hi tom the recovery will be absolutely fine to continue with, look at using hmb whilst off creatine, it works very well indeed for performance and recovery.

Hi im currently using reflex creapure would i be consuming to much creatine by using recovery 2:1.thanks
no not at all. you can consume up to 10g creatine daily. adjust the creapure to suit how many servings of phd recovery you want to take. -AC-

Hi,would it be a good idea to cycle this product due to the creatine content .thanks
you do not need to cycle phd recovery 2:1 however if you do decide to 8 weeks on 2 weeks off will be sufficient. -AC-

Hi im 16 and wondering if this product will help me gain size and is safe for me??
yes this product is eprfect for post-nutrition recovery and growth, it is perfectly safe for someone of your age. -AC-

Hi was wondering wether to take this or vitargo or both?which is better thanks
vitargo is purely fast acting carbs. this product contains everything needed post-workout for best recovery. you can add vitargo to it if desired. -AC-

Hi, I am trying to lose weight to join the British Army but also get fitter and stronger. I train 2-3 times a day i.e running, circuit training, gym cardio machines & weights etc etc.. so lots & lots of excercise along with supplements limepromax & promax diet for weigt loss & promax for muscle repair often feelingtired from all that I want to buy this for recovery but want to know if it will effect me losing weight?? Thanks.
it will not affect your fat loss to any serious degree. it will massively aid your recovery. -AC-

Would it be beneficial to take this before exercise? i was going to take it after i weigh in and before my fight.
yes it can be taken before exercise. the most benefits will be gotten through taking it post-exercise though. -AC-

How long after taking phd recovery 2:1 can i have my meal? thanks
around half an hour afterwards is optimal. -AC-

How long will the product last when taking the recommonded servings?
there are 16 servings per bag. -AC-

If i have a big breakfast full of protein, small meals throughout the day, bsn no xplode pre workout and phd recovery post workout and cottage cheese as a bedtime snack. Will i still need another whey protein shake in my diet? Thanks. Lamarr
that depends on whther you are eating enough protein. aim for 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight, if you arent getting that then add in a protein shake. -AC-

Is there a try buy PhD Nutrition Recovery? also is phd recovery as good a synergy for a post work shake?
im afraid we have no samples of this product. yes it is better in my opinion. -Ac-

If i use this after my am cv workout and my pm weights/circuit session will i be likely to retain any water through the 5g of creatine?thanks
it is likely you may retain some intracellular water retention. -AC-

HI i want a toned body and like to do circuit training but i find it really hard to recover, atleast 4-5 days it takes. would this help me recover in a couple of days or would phd synergy be best for me? also would this still be effective on a day of rest or would you suggest a pharma whey for that?
i recommedn taking the recovery post training and the pharma whey on non-trianing days. -AC-

What would be the most effective way to stack phd synergy, phd whey and phd recovery on training and non training days. many thanks. Lamarr
take synergy in a morning, pharma whey in between meals, and recovery post workout. -AC-

Hi guys, just wondering how many servings you get from this taking it at the higher doseage for people over 80kgs thanks? and how many servings for under 80ksgs??? thanks guys love the site
You will be looking at 16 servings at 2 scoops and 20 at the lower serving size.

Hi i workout in the morning about 0700 untill 0830 can i take this instead of breakfastor do i still need to eat carbs thank you
if you mean breakfast after workout then yes. the recovery 2:1 can infact be taken before workout as well. -AC-

Is this ok to use while trying to lose fat? cheers
it can be used whilst trying to lose fat but if on a carb free diet it cant be used. -AC-

Should i still take the recovery 2:1 on cardio days? thanks
yes,. -AC-

Im currently using this along with phd hmb, and phd bcaa's. would it be ok to empty the hmb and bcaa capsules and add them to my recovery 2:1?thanks
yes that would be fine. i personally would recommend jsut swallowing the capsules. it will be far easier and less will be wasted. BCAA's also taste foul. -Ac-

Hi, I'm currently on a high protein high good fats low/no carb diet except for recovery 2:1 after my evening workout which is my only main source of carbs during the day. Should I continue using this product or just use a protein shake like phd whey after my workouts to cut out the carbs completely?
it depends on how well you are losing fat. if you feel you need to change something to allow for better fat loss then yes that would be a good idea. -AC-

Hey, would this be a good recovery drink after a rugby game and training? also, would it be better if i used synergy for weight lifting and then recovery1:2 after a match? im over 80kg so by using 2 scoops per serivng would i still get 16 servings? thanks
take the recovery after every training session. it is superior to the synergy post-workout. -AC-

Should I take this when bulking or should I use a weight gainer. I am currently using USN hyperbolic mass.
both are useful in different ways. use both. take the hyperbolic mass 60 minutes pre-workout and the recovery 2:1 post workout. -AC-

Hi, i have received my PHD recovery today, thanks. My question is that i do weight training and then 20 mins HIIT, should i drink the recovery after HIIT or straight after weight training? Many thanks
hi tugkan, take the recovery after the HIIT. take it once you have completely finished training. Best regards -AC-

Hi, i am currently weight training in the gym 3 times a week and rowing training 5 times, im taking PHD pharma whey and creatine! I am looking to have a cutting phase soon though to drop some weight but dont want to lose muscle! would the pharma whey, lean degree and recovery 2:1 be a good combination or would you recommend something different? Cheers.
Hi Simon, That along with a good diet and cardio regime will be a great stack! Regards, Josh

Hello, I ordered Nox pump and received a free sachet of PHD 2:1, but it was a strawberry shake, when look to but the product you only have orange, berry blast and lemon. Am i looking at the wrong item you sent me??
hi ian. it was most likely the berry flavour 2:1 you received. it does tate quite strawberry like. Best regards -AC-

Hi, looking to use SizeON during my workout, would this be okay to take after? Cheers!
hi mark. the recovery 2:1 would be fantastic to use post-workout. Best regards -AC-

I'm thinking about adding Recovery to my workout regime. How does this look? Synergy in the morning and 1 hour before work out, v max pump 20 minutes and Recovery as my post workout drink. Thanks
Hi Michael, Looks very well planned out to me! You should see some nice results. Regards, Josh

Hi there, i was wondering whether it would be best to use phd recovery 2:1 after training for complete recovery or would mixing whey protein isolate, vitargo and glutamine separately be better. Many thanks
Hi Ken, I would go for the PhD recovery straight after training as the carbs in drink gives you an insulin spike which will help the absorbtion of nutritients. Best regards -IE-

Which would be the best phD stack for fast lean muscle ? im looking to include the pharma blend 6hr for night and mornings and i need another product for post workout and maybe other times of the day, i can't make my mind up between synergy, pharma gain , pharma whey or recovery 2:1 (i also have a fast metabolism and play alot of sport). thanks.
Hi SY, If you have a fast metabolism i would recomened going for the PhD pharma gain with the PhD recovery. Kind regards -IE-

Can this be taken with milk? if it can, how is the taste?
Dear Hakan, I wouldnt advise taking with milk, the taste would be awful. Take with water as directed. Kind Regards Dave

Is this product good to take even when dieting as it has a high sugar content? thanks
hi. it can be taken when dieting but it depends on the diet you are following. Best regards -AC-

Hi, I've recently purchased this product. Would you only recommend taking this after workout? or can you take it during the day at other times or first thing in the morning as well? Thanks.
you would benefit more using it after your workout or you could use it just before as the carbs will help your training.

Hi I'm currently on your Synergy + lean degree stack. I'm trying to lose fat and tone and strenghten muscles..I do c.v. + weights alternate days. I work out @ 6:30AM. So I take Synergy @ 5:45am, then again after workout. + Lean Degree during day. Should I keep with this stack or use Recovery for straight after workout instead off synergy??
Dear Nik, Either product can be used as a good post workout shake. Recovery contains slightly more carbs, so i would probably stick to the synergy when trying to lose the bodyfat. Kind Regards Dave

Ok how would i use this product with methoxy 7 pharma whey and v max pump ???
hi there stephen -this product is best taken after a workout as it provides the body with protein and carb s to replenish your glycogen stores, and the protein to help you grow and recover-thanks ian

Hi, in your advice section on Post-workout myths exposed, this product seams to contradict a lot of what has been stated. This drink talks about Replenishing Glycogen, having antioxidants, in taking the drink within 10min, etc. so my question is, is this product only playing off Post-workout myths or really good and your advice section is incorrect?
hi chris. there are mixed views on post workout nutrition. i posted that article and believe it makes a lot of sense. however that doesnt make it necessarily the be all nad end all. no carbs are not required immediately post workout for glycogen replenishment but the insulin response they initiate make for better uptake of the protein so is usefull. i agree with that article but also use phd recovery 2:1. Best regards -AC-

Hi I do a lot of mma training, and wondered, can I utilise 2.1 as breakfast, b4 training?
hi Baba recovery is a post workout supplement, so i would say it doesnt have the right content to maximise performance during a workout, look at pre workouts or a all in one protein like synergy. Thanks Yours in health Mo Giaffar

How much protein is there? and how long will it take to be delivered? thanks
Hello Manz With every serving you get 24g of protein. You can have your suppliment delivered the next working day for £2.99 charge but you must order before 3pm. However you can have free delivery but it can take between 3-5 working days. kind regards Mikael Phd

Hi, PHD 2.1 when will you be getting some berry blast back in
Hi Ricky Its now back in stock Kind regards Mikael Phd

Is it recomended to take a serving on rest days or is it only for after workouts ? thanks
Hi I would suggest only taking this on workout days as it is ment for post workout, thanks Yours in health Mo Giaffar

Hi, i just want to know your opinion about having vmax pump pre-workout, and then recovery post-workout, with the pharma whey and lean degree all over the day?
Hi Hamed V-max i would use with the lean degree to boost energy and induce fat burning. Recovery as only as a post work out for carbs and protein content. Also use the lean degree in the morning with breakfast to really induce fat burning and suppress appetite Finally pharma whey in between meal to ensure your vital protein daily intake Regards mikael phd

Hi, I'm thinking about buying this product but am slightly lactose intolerant. I know this is made from whey isolate, which has nearly no lactose, but can you tell me if there are any other lactose sources in it?
Hi Jon that is the only ingredient that has lactose, it shouldnt be enough to affect you. thanks Yours in health Mo Giaffar

Hi I generally train at lunchtime, I take pharma whey 1hr 30 minutes prior to my workout and recovery 2:1 on completion. How long after taking recovery should I leave it before eating my lunch of chicken salad? Thanks in advance
Hi Dean i would suggest wating about 30 mins to 1 hour, thanks yours in health Mo Giaffar

Would you use this iflooking to drop bodyfat?
Dear Jay, You could implement this into your training diet and regime for using post workout for recovering. Thats the only time you would use the product. It wouldnt aid fat loss, but if used after training certainly wouldnt hinder it. Dave

Hi, I have been using phd recovery 2:1 for a few weeks now and it is working fine as i have increased in strength. But, is there another phd product i can use instead of phd recovery 2:1, which is more effective at increasing muscle mass?
Dear Sam, Recovery is a great product for after training and there isnt anything that will be the same to aid recovery. Synergy post workout would work very well and there are lots of great muscle building ingredients in there if you wanted to switch it up. Dave

Hey at the moment im in pre-season and am running and weight training throughout the week. I am taking phd battery and cordygen 5 prior to exercise and this product after. Is this stack beneficial for both types of exercise or could it do with some replacing or additional supplements? thanks
Hi Nathan, This stack is perfect for your activity. However, try sipping on your battery during your workouts. It will help you keep your energy levels up and let you train for longer and more intensely. Thanks, Omar.

Hi i'm thinking of getting some phd supplements and was considering the pharma whey and recovery 2.1 would this be a good choice for gaining size and strength, thanks.
hi michael. as long as they are used correctly they will be very beneficial. Best regards -AC-

Hi there. I am going to start running/jogging on the couch to 5k program. I was looking at buying a recovery supplement but unsure which one to get. My main aims are to increase stamina and lose weight. Gaining muscle is not a priority. I was looking at this product initially as it looks good from the reviews. Can you advise what would be best please as i don't want the carbs to add more weight. Many thanks!
Hi Rob. This product will help you recover after your runs. If you are running quite a lot, then it's important you get proper recovery nutrition. This product is great for recovery and if you are running 5k it will certainly not be stored as fat. Thanks, Omar.

Hi Rob this is good however i would suggest having a look at the phd pharma whey, it would be a very good recovery shake as well as working out cheaper. thanks Yours in health Mo Giaffar

Hi monster I'm currently taking mitotropin tauro test cla protein shakes in between meals and a protein shake mixed with bcaas and glutamine 1 hour before and straight after workouts Trying to lose fat and retain muscle thinking about stopping my bcaas and glutamine and just use recovery does recovery contain enough glutamine and bcaas on it's own or should I add extra ?
HI Danny. PhD Recover 2.1 is a complete post-workout product. Nothing needs to be added or taken away. Thanks, Omar.

I have been taking protein shakes with no creatine an hour before workouts, I don’t know enough about creatine and safe levels when using products with it in. I would like to gain a little more lean muscle and can see by the reviews and reading that creatine supplement can help with this. If this product is used three to four times a week is there any need to cycle it? I have only tended to take anything pre workout’s and never on rest days. So thought that the recovery might work better for me, any suggestions?
Dear Mark, Recovery doesnt contain creatine anways, so you can stay on all the time without having to cycle on and off. As a general rule of thumb for creatine, take 10g daily for no longer then 6-8 weeks. Dave

Hi guys, im looking for a recovery drink for after my kickboxing sessions. Is it ok to just drink this after my workouts as i need the servings to last for a month, cheers ben
Hi Ben This product has been designed to be drunk solely after your workoouts so taking it then would be fine Regards Rich

Is this a good post-workout shake for adding size and mass, or is there something better? I train late night and don't want to get fat.
Hello Phil This would be a ideal recovery shake and contains low G.I waxy barley starch as its form of carbohydrate. Great for lean mass or bulking diets. Best regards Chris Brodie

My main goal is to lose weight; can I take this after working out without gaining muscle? Also is it safe to use for women?
Hi Sian, It's safe for women yes. In regard to gaining muscle, don't worry about adding muscle - females find it hard enough! No product can say you will or will not add muscle, it depends if you overload the muscles for growth.

I am looking to lose approx 5% bodyfat and half a stone mainly from waistline area.currently 5ft 10 and 13 stone 5. would you recommend the following stack with a good diet or is it too many products.pharma whey/synergy,lean degree, methoxy 7,recovery and v max.cheers
Dear John, Personally i would chose the Pharma whey over the Synergy, and use wired over v-max pump for carbs in the pre workout. Apart from that, all these products will be effective in a weight loss plan provided you have a good diet. Dave

I currently take CNP ProBCAA's 3 before and 3 after workout. Recovery 2:1 has BCAA's in the mix but not as much as I would normally get with the 3 CNP tabs, would it make sense to take one tab of CNP ProBCAA with the 2:1 post workout?
Hi Charles, Yes that would make sense and help further with the recovery process. Kind Regards Liam

I am aiming to bulk up, would you recommend taking this solely or using another like phd synergy? thanks
Hi Ruairidh, This would be fine, pharma gain may be worth considering also. Regards LT

I am trying to shed fat and maintain lean muscle. I currently work out twice a day, taking grenade fat burners first thing in the morning and lunch time, and myofusion after workouts. Is this post workout drink the answer to speed up recovery and prevent aches and pains?
Hi Cal, Yes this will help prevent DOMS ( delayed onset of muscle soreness) when taken psot workout you will feel less achey in the morning. Kind Regards Liam

Would this be okay to take post workout after having SiS Energy pre/during my workout?
Hi Cameron Yes, it would be fine to use Recovery is a great post work out shake containing a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein providing both fast and slow acting carbs, fast acting protein and also L-Glutamine which plays a vital role in muscle recovery Kind Regards, Josh

How long until Berry Blast will be back in stock?
hi euan Back in this week I Imagine! Regards

Just a general question: recovery products contain carbs and protein, very very much like a weight gainer and this is actually very similar to like progian extreme or growth matrix, but they're meant to have entirely different purposes, so what is the real difference?
Hi Eugene. Weight gainers have a lot more carbs oftentimes, also most recovery products have creatine within them. Regards LT

When will Berry Blast be back in stock?
Hi Laura. It's back in stock now. Regards LT
