“ Firstly I must warn anyone buying this to only do a 6 week cycle and then leave it 6 weeks before doing another cycle!!! But other than that its a superb product, mixes well, and it very good quality for your money! After the loading phase, i could tell the difference by being a able to do that extra rep, and it helped focus me in the gym somehow, although I was a tad more aggressive than normal, but I would definitely recommend this product! ”

Hi, I am getting myself a bit confused and need some help! I am buying my boyfriend the Pro Recover, Propeptide and Pro GF. Does Pro GF have creatine in it already or do I need to get additional creatine or is the creatine in Pro GF enough? I am confused. Please help! Thanks Kim Looms
I would recommend you using this product on it's own. The body can only use 5gr of creatine per day.


Is their any difference between this creatine and reflex creatine? their both 100% pure creatine monohydrate from the same company but one is £3 less?

I train about 5pm, so when is best to take creatine (what about days I don't train?)? Also I'm rapidly approaching 40 & read once that benefits of creatine reduce after mid-30's, is this so? Cheers!

Hello. I recently emailed you to ask about the dosage of this product. I was told to take 10g a day for a week, then go to 5g a day. But i just found now that this site says differently, it says take 20g a day (within 4 scoops). So i was wondering which is correct and also how much do i need to take before/after training for the first 5 days or week (which eveer is right) and do i need to take any on my day off or can i just stick to a normal protein shake, just to recover? Also can you mix this with anything, like can i mix it with juice and whle it afect the flvour or smoothness of the drink? Thanks for responding to this messege.
if your bodyweight is in excess of 85kg then you can take 20g for first week then 10g after taht. however if you are under 80kg then i would recommend 10g for a week then 5g. you can mix with any drink and as long as it isnt left too long it will not affect the creatine. -AC-

there is not specific time to take creatine. take it whenever best suits you. there is plenty of debate on the subject but my personal opinion is either with breakfast or post-training. it wont make a difference whichever you choose. -AC-

yes both will be fine. there is only about 1g creatine in no-xplode so try and take roughly 4g of creatine to make up to the recommended 5g creatine per day. -AC-

What's the difference between this creatine, and cnp pro creatine e2 capsules, which one is better??
Dear Michael, The difference is that one is creatine monohydrate and the other is ethyl ester. Ethyl ester is bypassed by the stomach and straight into the small intenstines which meens it is sent round the body quicker than monohydrate. Dear Andrew, The PhD synergy already has 5g of creatine in it. You could take both products but you may just be wasting creatine as it will just be dispersed through your urine. If you wanted to take a protein and a creatine i would suggest the PhD pharma whey Ht+ and the CNP creatine. Dave
