Why buy PhD Nutrition Elbow Support (Pair) One size?
Monster View

Great item for keeping your elbows secure as well as warm - the PhD Elbow Supports.

There is nothing more frustrating than your elbows giving out before your maximum bench press. These PhD supports are ideal for post injury protection and also as a training aid keeping the joints warm and protected.

“ Quality supports. Really helps with elbow support and in my view helps press more. Only problem is that they are very tight and i constantly have to take them off as it cuts of blood flow! ”

Ask a Question
Hi there, Could you please give me more info about sizes as I could not figure out,how big are the sizes in inches or cm and whether one should measure the elbows or lower bicep/forearm ? Thank you in advance Peter
as they are elasticated they have a lot of give. if you have particularly skinny arms (11 inches and below) then you will be fine with a small. if your arms are of average size (13 inch biceps for example) you will be ok with a medium or small. if you have fairly large arms (biceps areound 16 inches) then you will be ok with a medium or large. if you have very large or fat arms (19+) you may need an extra large.

I have an 18inch bicep,do I go for the large or meduim? Regards Ryno
it depends on how thick your joints are. i would recommend the large. -AC-
