“ These are not very good! I do a lot of olympic lifting, front squat and push press. Normally between 4/6 times a week! These straps felt good to start but after being used the velcro strap began to give and they often come undone during lifts. ”

“ Nice supports for weak wrists, used for exercises that tax the wrists a lot such as closegrip bench or reverse barbell curls. Been using these constantly (about 5 times a week) and find i need to replace them about every 6months as the velcro goes. ”
