I am 6ft 4" and weigh 16.5st i am naturally broad but i have a fair bit of excess fat, my goal is to get my weight down to 14.5st but to add muscle aswel, i have put together a training programme and diet, i have also started taking whey protein. Would this product assist me in achieving my goal?

Hi there. Currently building up my running again ready for marathon in April 08- gym 5 out of 7 nights a week- combo of cardio/running and girly weights. hi Callum, If you are a boxer your trainer should help you out with pre weigh in strategy, i recommend that some more cv work done with phd lean degree will really help you out. remember as a boxer you may not need to lose a stone of fat but have a word with your trainer about taking some natural diuretic and reducing the water intake in the lead up to weigh in to make sure you hit the weight, cheers Joe

Hello, several months ago, I took a two week period of intense training and put on a stone and a half of muscle. During this period I ate like a horse, and used mammoth 2500. In a few weeks I am going to be doing the same thing, but I also have a Spartan 300 party coming up, I am weighing in at 13 stone, and am hoping to go up to 14-15 stone. If I use this product in conjunction with Mammoth and eating as much as I can, will it affect me negatively? If so would it be better using it after I put the weight on? I really don't want to use this as I try my hardest to gain only to find I stay at similar weight or hardly move up at all! And what exactly does this product do? Does it strip me of excess fat so I will be toned? Or will it actually eat away at muscle, and the calories I am trying to put on etc, I am not particulary untoned,I just want to increase my tonage (lol, thats not a word)!
