The 30g/1scoop mixed with 200ml is that only a guideline ratio? It seems like only a little. Could i mix 60g/2 scoops with 400ml?

I've just bought a tub of this, and was wondering what the best dose was for my goals. I'm 74kg,180cm, and looking to put on muscle and tone up. I've been going to the gym 4times a weeks for about 2months and thought it was time to get extra protein. Is it best to have a shot before a workout, and then one immediately afterward to get the best gains? Great website

Hi, i suffer from IBS (Irratiable bowel syndrome). taking whey protein has always caused pain in my stomach with water or milk. taking it has aggrevated my IBS and which in turn caused me to loose alot of weight. Im wondering what the best protein supplement to take is? i wont be able to take whey again as i have a bad reaction to it. (i've consumed reflex, maximuslce, usn whey)so i know its me with the intolerance.

Thanks for your question. Promax is a protein so you can use it with Thermobol. It will only mobilise and burn your fat but you have to diet sensible and excercise.
