Trioxalon 500 is Tribulus Terrestris herb which is being used for centuries in various parts of the world for it virilizing (development of male secondary sexual characteristics) effects. Tribulus Terrestris increases testosterone levels. Increased testosterone levels lead to increased muscle growth, muscular strength, and sexual potency. Testosterone in both male and female is partially responsible for good health as it provides protection against osteoporosis, enhances libido ( sexual potency) and energy. There have been studies done on Tribulus Terrestris sponsored by Bulgarian through the Chemical Pharmaceutical Research Institute (CPRI). The studies were focused on increased testosterone levels. They found that Tribulus Terrestris helps indirectly in increasing testosterone. The CPRI literature on their studies showed an increase in luteinizing hormone (LH) by 71%. LH is the hormone responsible for “signaling” your body to produce testosterone. Free testosterone (the unbound, active testosterone) was observed to be elevated by 41%. Exactly how long this increase lasts is not fully known. It is however, well established that higher testosterone levels promote faster and greater muscle growth when combined an intense training program and a nutrient dense diet.
